At The Ridge, our mission is to be an inviting church that leads people into a growing relationship with God and others. Everything we do is built on that foundation. The Ridge Students Junior Leadership Team (JLT) is no different. Our goal is to identify and equip high school students in our ministry who are seeking to go deeper with Jesus through intentional apprenticeship and service done in community to form them into disciple-makers. (Ephesians 4:11-16).
